Exquisite board for slicing bread in the kitchen or for serving a loaf at the table. There is enough surface area for efficient slicing while the slats catch bread crumbs. Bread is placed on the slats area and cheese, sausages and more can be placed on the flat platform.
The board is made of Bolondo certified (PEFC) wood from Africa, noted for it’s hardness and it’s extremely beauty. It’s antimicrobial and moisture resistant properties, make it ideal as a cutting surface. The wood is soft on knife blades.
Made at CNC milling and then refined and finished by hand.
Finished with olive oil.
*Don’t put it in the dishwasher and don’t leave it soaking for long periods in the sink. Hand wash in cold water only. Dry well after washing
*Apply some olive or linseed oil to care your board if needed.
